Pink vaginal discharge?

I have recently had unprotected sex. My period is not totally regular but normally comes within the range of a week. I am in that range at the moment and today it felt just like it normally does before my period starts with abdomen aches but all that happened was I got a pale pink discharge. This has never happened before. What could it be?

It could be that your period is trying to start. How long ago did you have unprotected sex?

This never has happened to me before though. About 10 days ago.

If you are pregnant, it could have been ovulation bleeding which can occur or implantation bleeding. With both types of bleeding, it can be a light pink discharge or even a brownish discharge....some women even have what they think is their regular period. Maybe wait and see if your period comes within this week range and if not, then I would suggest taking a pregnancy test.
