Placenta encapsulation?

Has anyone got any experience of this? Is it worth it? I've got a lady lined up to do mine, and its only going to cost $120. I know it has heaps of health benefits, but that's about all I know!

Glad to see someone else thinking about this I've already booked mine. I had a really hard time after my first birth and I'm willing to try anything to make things a bit better this time. I've heard such good things I just have to give it a go
