Hello,

I find it quite difficult to feed in public and thought it'd be nice to post about the places that offer a place to nurse.
I was told today Boots have a nursing room which i never knew about!
Anyone know where else offer this?

maybe in the big stores but ive never seen it? I BF Amelie anywhere really lol. Know mothercare has rooms but not just for BFing, people FF in there too. Um, my shopping centre has a baby area and theres chairs in the baby changing room for BFing mothers but again, I just BF at the table X

The Ikea I go to has two lovely nursing rooms (separate to the communal baby changing rooms).

Oh i never thought Ikea would thats good! The Boots that have the nursing rooms are the ones that have a seperate baby section

They have a lovely nursing room in my local mothercare. It has a big glider chair in it too :)

My local tesco has a nice - ist one!! and john lewis as well

Most places expecting mum's to be customers with kids in tow have something :)

I found out yesterday there is a breastfeeding cafe in Dereham, a villae close to me so I shall be paying a visit there sometime soon

My local sure start have gone round to all the local cafes and asked them if they mind women breast feeding, all the ones that say its ok have a little sticker in the window. Fab hey !

places ive discovered locally- tesco, asda
place i discovered today- debenhams, merry hill
asked directions in debenhams to nearest babychange, they had one instore. there was chair in there so i figured id give him a feed whilst there. after 5-10 min i leaned back into the chair... and set off a badly placed hand dryer. i jumped up and thomas opened his eyes wide and stopped, we were done then!

I really hate the fact that a lot of places put feeding areas with the stinky changing bit, DD sometimes takes ages to feed and there's no way I'll feed her in a stuffy room that stinks of stale poo lol!!

Our local Asda has a huge room but it usually smells!
