I havent been feeling well all day, just no appetite and just feeling unwell, then i notice my feet are starting to swell, not huge but im usually not on my feet much any day and havent been on them much today either as i havent felt well.. i feel kinda feverish too and my hands are a little swollen as well. I made a post at 6 am this morning about abdominal cramping that i had for awhile.. it has gone away but now i feel like poo. Also, i noticed my thighs look like they have blown up today! i mean sure ive gained weight but they werent this big yesterday..

Do you think i should call the nurse? I havent had swelling yet during this pregnancy..

Swelling is completely normal, as long as it's not accompanied by high blood pressure or protein in the urine, when were you checked last?

Heat and standing and doing chores a lot seem to make the swelling really bad. Put your feet up and stay hydrated.

I was last checked last tuesday, so 2 days ago. i havent been on my feet much today.

It may just be nothing, just one of those yucky days. I have days were I cannot function, have nausea, headaches, body aches, feel flu-like, crampy, just generally unwell...

However, if you are feeling concerned hun, please ring and check. There is no harm in making the phone call and being doubly sure that it is nothing, that is why we have Mw's and Dr's, they would rather you ring and be reassured and help settle your stress than let you sit there feeling unwell, stressing and possibly have something wrong. It is always better to be safe than sorry and I think there is something to be said for trusting your gut if you don't feel like something is right. It may just be you have picked up a bit of a flu or virus but again, there is nothing wrong with checking :)

Let us know if you ring/go in and how you are feeling later on xox

If you go elevate your feet for a while n rest a little longer the swelling should go down. If not then I'd go get checked

Going from this post and your previous post, just go get checked!
There is no harm in going - you need to make sure both baby and you are ok.. I'd seriously not be hanging about to see if things improve/get worse, for the sale of 40 odd minutes being monitored is it worth the risk?xx

I called the nurse last night and she told me to keep my feet elevated as well. I feel a little better this morning.. The husband is the one who throws a fit if i tell him i think i need to go get checked he says " your fine" blah blah blah.. If it gets the same way today im going regardless if it makes him angry.

I have those yucky days then i have days i feel totally normally, today is kind of a yucky day i didnt sleep well and i just feel tired and puke-y! lol

But if you feel something is not right call your dr, you know your body best
