Hello,

I hope you are all well!

Today I am 11 +3.
I lost ALL pregnancy symptoms at around 9 weeks.
I have had some pink spotting with back aches and intermittant cramps over the past 3 days.
I went in to our local A&E yesterday and they have booked me for a scan today, (1330)they didn't explain how worried they were.

I had a scan at 6 weeks due to a previous ectopic and we saw the heartbeat.

My husband keeps being optimistic but I just can't do that at the moment.

Has anyone expereinced the same and all been ok?

I haven't experienced the same, but I do know that if you see a heartbeat, the chance of m/c is low. So hopefully, it is some other complication that doesn't hurt the pregnancy viability. Also, the hospitals take a medical stance towards pregnancy in that it isn't really a loss until it's after the first trimester. So they won't be in a hurry to tell you the bad news if you are having a miscarriage. It's so common in the first trimester for a loss, they just really don't care more than making sure you don't bleed out.

Just wanted to jump in quickly to tell you I think it's normal. My doctor told me 1 in 4 women bleed in their first tri. I bled with no cramping but a fair amount of blood and had a scan and saw the heartbeat so hang in there and try not to worry too much. Good luck!
