Usually the placenta is attached to the lightest area around the gestational sac so I'm going to guess girl for you

I'm going to guess boy as it looks like the hyperechoic area is on the lower left!

Thanks pink although I sent it into gender experts and they came back girl. I don't think this is mirror image as tech said baby implanted on left.

But in saying that as much as I hope for a girl I expect a boy

I missed the part it was abdominal so you would flip it so yes I'd actually say girl
