please help..clomid/progesterone question

Ok....I have searched EVERYWHERE for this answer and can't find an answer.
idk if its because no one has been dumb enough to do it or what lol.
Anyway....my husband and I are trying to conceive and since clomid
Worked for us before I decided to try it again.
Well for the past 3 months my doc has had me on progesterone because
My periods last like 7 days and are irregular. Well I am
Prescribed progesterone day 14 through 28. I started on day 14 and my
Period came on 8 (which I have read isn't supposed to
Happen on progesterone) so I called my doc. She said continue taking it so
I did. And on day 3 of my period I started clomid which was day
10 of progesterone. I took them both for the next 5 days finishing
Up my clomid and progesterone on the same day.
well then I started reading up on it and I read clomid is
Supposed to make u ovulate (which I knew) but that progesterone actually
tells your body not to ovulate! I didn't know that
So my question is since I took the progesterone with the clomid
Will it make me not ovulate or will I still ovulate?

I'm not sure this is right. I took provera to induce my period and was told to take clomid on day 2-6. So I took provera for 5 days, started to bleed about 3 days later and took clomid on day 2.
