PLEASE HELP ! Did I Ovulate Already ??!?!

Im a 28 days cycle . im on cd11 now . well took a test cd9 came out [ - ] took a test cd10 in the morning came out [+] took another one around 5 the same day got a faint [+] took one this morning and it came out [-] so did i ovulate already ?? i usually ovulate cd14 . all these test were taken in the morning when i woke up beside the second i took on cd10 . if it helps i also took soy isoflavones & geritol .

I understand cd10 test ran a little but the lines look equal to me !

maybe the first test on cd 10 was a faulty test? Id keep testing but keep BD just incase
