please help my sil she is freeking out need someone of good ttc experince

Ok so here is her info
last period was march 27th
She did the deed on april 8th and 20th.
Her periods are irregular but she is for sure she is about 1-2 weeks late
She took a test april 28th and it was a bfp on a first responce she on the 30th she started bleeding and went to er thinking she lost the baby. They did bloods they came back as hcg of14 she has been retested and hcg is climbed to 32 then to 118. Rising hcg is good but she is still bleeding and worried I think mabey she ov late and her body posebly wasn't picking up on the preg due to low hcg levels. What do I tell her that might help any one with more experince got an idea. The wait is killing her

Hard to say some people do bleed through there pregnancys. Time will tell i guess and the doctors know the best advice. Nature will take its course xx

I know quite a few people who have bled through the first part of their pregnancy.
