Please help! On vaca.... Light brown spotting 11wks:(

Hi ladies, I woke up this morning with horrible cramps for about 30/45 min. I slept on my stomach and not sure if that's why? I'm 11 wks and I have had very light spotting off and on throughout the weeks..... I habent seen the spotting for about two wks now though and Today I have it again...... Should I be concerned at 11 wks or is this still normal? I'm on vacation and don't want to worry too much if I don't have to but I'm also terrified ..... We go for lots of boat rides too.... Not sure if this is causing anything ?
Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated

Im no help im sorry, I didnt want to read and run. I hope you get the answers you want. Could you perhaps ring your insurance company and ask to speak to a midwife/ doctor? X

Aww thank you !! If it gets any worse during the week that I'm here on vaca I will just go to an er close by.....I will call my dr today or tomorrow just to be safe
