Please help... this is getting so much weirder

Have a 40 + day cycle
Never ever less than 38
Today is CD29
Am currently 12 Days PO -
Been DTD every 2nd day since day 10
When I wiped this morn - blood
More coming onto tissue when I wipe now
Usually CD1 for me is torture - very heavy periods, cramps....
Now - nothing! Yet there is blood wtf... I am going insane

p.s I have never in my life had spotting or a period of 28 days.

I take temps.. but not every day.. Had been at 36.6 for the past two days.. but this morn it was 36.4 ?

Hrmm... I don't know what to say, sometimes I have a surprise early or late AF. Maybe it's something good? How much bleeding? Could it be IB?

IB should only last 2-3 days and be exceptionally light.

the witch arrived! On cd 29.. am happy in one way as my cycles used to be 40 + days so this is really good news for me... Delighted.
So its onwards from here.. I had the flu on the day I got my pos opk.. dont know if it means anything though..
any advice on vits to take?

I had to smile at the positivity. I took evening primerose up till ovulation and a multivitamin a day. Ate lots of veggies to and apparently grapefruit juice is good for CM. Good luck this cycle
