Please help, timing wierd, lots of symptoms, is it still poss?

Hi all!
I am 22 years old and have always had a regular 28 day cycle, only ever off by one, max 2 days. I have always been very, very heavy from day one of period and usually last 7 days. I am now 5 days late. I spotted very lightly once when i put the tissue slightly inside to wipe(TMI sorry!) and the same 2 days before. Both in the evening and both only the single time I wiped! I have been super tired and at the same time have insomnia and a weird crampy feeling that is barely noticable on my lower left abdomen. I have a lot more discharge than usual and it ic cloudy and creamy and doesnt smell the same as usual. I think my sweat smells different as well, I asked my OH and he agreed! I took a test yesterday morning and it was a BFN. I have another one I am saving until next week if AF still hasn't come to visit. I have never spotted before AF before and I usually have killer cramps and headaches and sore boobs for a week before hand, this time nothing! I am going to try and wait until I am 2 weeks late to test again if AF still isnt here. Has anyone else had this weird combo of symptoms before? should i test before I am 2 weeks late? I am now a week late, no more spotting but the veins on my breasts are much darker and going all the way through my nipple, took another test because i couldnt wait, another BFN. I'm thinking of making an appointment with my doctor for bloods but by the time i get an appointment i will be 3 weeks late so i will either have AF by then or know through another home test. I am just using the basic tests at the minute but in a week i'm going to get a clear blue. If anyone is in a similar situation i would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance

i don't know because i've never had a bfp before (also trying for #1) but i think it should be showing up by now if you are a week late? i think checking with your doctor sounds like a good idea if you still haven't had af. Good luck xxx

i have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow, just for a quick test and checkup. they will do bloods in a week if AF still isnt here. good luck with getting a BFP soon!

Hopefully it will be a good sign. I would wait to test a few more days and use an early first response test as you may of implanted late.
Do you know when you ovulated? Just wondered how many days past ovulation you might be.
You will know sooner than later and fingers crossed af stays away for you, I think it wouldn't harm to see if your GP wants to wait or if you could have bloods done... Just read the above comment. Good luck at the doctors

the gp wants to wait until next monday. i Don't track ovulation but if we are going for 14 days before period due im 22 dpo.
