Please help with my OPK

Hey, what does this OPK mean? Also am I suppose to be testing twice a day at the moment testing about 12pm? I usually use the cbfm but due to my loss I cant use that yet? Thanks

Firstly im so sorry for your loss.

opk= ovulation predicter kit. i test twice a day with opk's and use internet cheapies.
