Please help!

My husband and I started trying and since the last day of my period have been trying every other day. We tried yesterday around 5 and this morning I got a positive ovulation test. The problem is we can't try again till tonight and I want to make sure I don't miss my window. Is tonight to late to try and if not should we try again tomorrow? I'm new to this! Thank you!!

you'll be fine stella. my clinic recommends every other day.the ideal is to have sperm already there to meet the egg when you ovulate and sperm can live for a few days inside you, which you should if you bd'd yesterday.

Agree with above- you'll be fine and wont miss your window. We didnt every other day- either too busy or too tired! Think it was every 3 or 4, but i still conceived. Take it easy, and good luck

With my dd we only DTD every other day. You've done all you can!!

if i'm remember correctly I read that you are most fertile 3 days before you ovulate and 2 days after....sometimes I forget things I read though..
