Please help!

Last week at 4+2 my HCG was 84 and progesterone 12.3 ........today my HCG was 939 but the progesterone dropped to 7...... I told the nurse that I need a progesterone supplement and she told me that last week when I called in to schedule my first labs and mentioned progesterone level check to see if I needed a supplement since with my PG my levels were low and I had a MC that the doctor said progesterone levels were not an option this time around.....WTF????? What do I do is this a bad sign .... am I going to lose the baby?????? I cant take another loss I just cant!
