Please help....

Hi I am new to this... I had an m/c on feb 22 this year and had a D&C. We tried again and again and finally it worked.. my LMP was 4/6 my HCG Levels where: 36,59,160 and then today they tell me i have dropped to 150... i have not had any bleeding/spotting but a light cramping every now and then.. i am still very sore in my breasts and needing to urinate frequently. I still feel pregnant... and to make it worse my hubby is away on a driving trip and i can only speak to him when he gets signal on his mobile..(rarely) Please someone anyone can you give me something to put my hopes on as really right now i feel like i am not meant to have children...everyone around me is falling pregnant and not trying or falling pregnant as soon as they start trying...please...
