Please let 2019 be my turn

Found out last week that im pregnant, so currently about 5 weeks gone. After 5 miscarriages, im praying for a small miracle that this is finally my turn.
Boobs are aching and feel very queasy all morning so thats a positive sign.

Also this test blew my mind, darker than the control line.
