Please read.. bad pains!

Hi all,

I am 19 weeks + 5 days. I have been having really bad pains, not like round ligament but it literally feels like im on a heavy period. I have had some yellowish discharge and a lot of fluid so went to hospital and they have swabbed me for infection and I should get results soon. Babys heart is fine and healthy.

I had bleeding early on in pregnancy (9/10 weeks) but nothing since other than a bit of spotting.

I wondered if anyone else has been through this? Its really painful and feels like im bleeding but im not.

I have 20 week scan friday, so hopefully will highlight any issues if there is any, really hope there isnt

I've had some really bad cramps this pregnancy. Sometimes I suspected having a uti but there turned out to be no uti. A lot of the time I just needed to up my water intake. Are you drinking enough water? Do you feel better after drinking water and laying down? If you're a bit dehydrated you can feel crampy, and for me those cramps do feel like period pains from time to time.
