well after an m/c a year ago i am in awe, delighted, relieved, starstruck, ecstatic, you name it .... to get a load of lovely 's this week ...

in true POASA style I will of course be continuing to POAS for a while to come, just to help it sink in!

i am so grateful for the support of my cycle buddies and lovely ladies on the various threads ... i loves this place, I do!
