Had sex monday tuesday and Wednesday night and i got my positive opk thursday late morning I think I ovulated friday I also did acupuncture. Could I be pregnant????

Yes! Sperm can live about 3-4 days on average so there should still have been some live sperm in there when you ovulated. Of course you won't get a positive test for at least another week and probably more like two. Good luck!
