Hi, I've been dealing with plugged milk ducts in BOTH of my breasts for a week now :( I've tried literally everything you can find online and nothing is working. What do I do?? Oh btw, my son is 4 months old and I've been exclusively pumping since he was a week old. Please tell me this won't last forever!!!!:sad2:

I keep getting them, havent found a trigger. I have lecithin but haven't taken it yet (keep forgetting). Sadly the only thing I have found to clear them for a few days is to let my son feed on them.

Sorry I can't help, just wanted to let you know your not alone x

I get them in one boob mainly, I have discovered that wearing an underwire bra seems to make them plug x

Have you tried lecithin? Did it make a difference at all?

Do you feel like your pump is emptying you well? Maybe you need to change membranes, make sure your flanges are the right size, do more compressions/massage, or hand express. Have the blocked ducts affected your supply?
