PMS symptoms

Is it true that PMS symptoms and early pregnancy symptoms can both be attributed to progesterone? My bbt chart looks the best it ever has, but today I'm having some groin pains (a typical PMS symptom for me) and breast tenderness. Can anyone take a look at my chart and give me some insight? Thank you!!

Yes PMS and pg symptoms are very hard to tell apart due to your hormones in the TWW being mainly progesterone.
