PMS

I always get a really stiff neck and headache just before AF, I have them now, but when people say they felt af was coming and then they turned out to be pregnant, did that include all the normal symptoms? I have never found anyone else who gets the bad neck so it is hard to tell if this is me out or maybe I´ll have it when I´m + too. Any ideas??
Also if I can´t take drugs just in case, any ideas what to do about the headache??

Baby aspirin? (Don't know, I'm not a doc).

PMS & pg symptoms are mostly the same, so hang in there.

It's crazy sometimes. One month I'll think I have new symptoms that are not PMS and it turns out that AF arrives. I kinda feel like giving up
