Polyhydramnios?

I little information please. I am 27 weeks 4 days pregnant with a little girl. I was diagnosed with GD at 16 weeks and have been struggling with blood sugar levels. I take glyburide and it has helped for the most part although we are still having to adjust the amounts. I had a growth scan done 2 weeks ago because at my anatomy scan her abdominal circumfrence was at about 75%. At the growth scan she is measuring better at only 60% AC but they told me I have excess amniotic fluid ( in the 95% ). Of course as soon as I get home I Google it and see that it can cause all kinds of bad things. Has anyone had experience with this? I need some reassurance that my LO is going to be OK. Thank you.
