I think it's the curds from your milk. When you pump and the milk separates, I believe it's that stuff on the top.

I noticed that on another thread just now too. Samantha's Brennan is one day older than Bella! Does Skyler have a split personality and go from 0-60 in zero seconds!?? DH calls Bella Gemini a LOT!
