Poo smelling of vinegar?

Ive just changed Doms nappy as he had pooed and it smelt quite strongly of vinegar. I have noticed this a few times before, although some of his nappies can smell quite sweet. Is it something that im eating that makes it happen? Should I take him to the doctors?

Max is exactly the same. I was worried initially but can't link it to any food I've eaten and it doesn't seem to bother him. My HV said it's fine as long as he's regular and his normal self.
