poop tmi

for say the last week when riley poops its horrible its all up his back im having to stand him up and take his nappy off then clean him then bath him!! is this normal or shall i take him docs

i wouldn't no honey, i would have thought it is normal, does he seem unwell or have a tummy upset or anything? is he eating as normal? if your concerned i would take him to see your doc or hv honey x

yeah he seems fine apart from today hes not himself but hes not been for the last two days which is unlike him tmi yeah he eats well
