Poor DH is surrounded by hormonal females

So tonight DH and I watched a movie and at the end I was suddenly very moved and started bawling. Then, at the same time our teenage daughter came through the room and she was bawling and laughing at the same time because she felt sorry about a lost space probe she was reading about. She felt like it was all alone out there in space. So then I started bawling even more and laughing at the same time too. This went on for a few minutes, we both bawled and laughed and couldn't even talk. Then DH had to go outside for a smoke. I was sure he would never come back in.

Our two sons are moved out already and we are expecting another girl, so he is all alone. Now he knows how I felt in the early days when it was just me and all boys and everything was Star Wars and battle axes.
