popping over from 2nd tri.. anyone have alot of signs of preterm labor but?

OK so I'm 23+4 and the last couple of weeks I've been having menstrual type cramps everyday for most of the day, and I know I've had some contractions but never counted them.... I saw my doctor today and just mentioned this so I was sent over to be monitored....
I had 6-7 contractions in that hour.... she checked me and not dialeted (thank the lord!!!!!) But now I have to see her every two weeks and be on pelivc rest... this is my 3rd, I've never had this nor did I realize all the cramping can be signs of preterm labor...

So finally to my question has anyone had this and made it full term? I just want this baby to cook as long as possible!
