Positive OPK day after BD. When to BD again?

Hey All!

This is my second post on this site and am so thankful to have support with others who are going through the same thing!

Last cycle I had a chemical pregnancy on our first try for baby #1. This was after not really charting anything, and guessing when O week was around - my internet cheapie OPK/HPT didn't come until right before the chemical pregnancy, so I never got a chance to use the OPK to get a better look into when O would occur.

Hubby and I decided to try again this cycle, and this time I was armed with my OPK. We did the BD last Wednesday, Sunday, then late last night, all while taking my OPK every am.

I kept getting faint lines since last week on my OPK so I was getting nervous thinking maybe I had an early ovulation, but yesterday, the line was finally darker than all the other previous OPK. Well, this am (Wednesday) I woke up (6 hours after BD) and to my delight and surprise, it was pretty much almost a complete positive - I mean, the difference of color between the lines is ever so slight

So now my question is: When to BD again?! What now?! We did BD last night, and then today, got my positive OPK, so:

1) Should we BD again tonight (day of positive OPK) and tomorrow?
2) Or just wait until tomorrow?

All we want is our precious #1. Though going through the chemical pregnancy was frustrating and sad, at least we know we CAN have a baby! Any input on your experience/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Everything I've read says to BD the day of the positive OPK as well as the 2 days after (so tonight, tomorrow and the next day)! Count the night before it went positive as just good mojo! haha! best of luck and fx for you!

I thought about doing day of positive OPK and day after like you suggest, but was wondering if 3 days in a row would be overkill and 'dilute' the sperm.

...but then even if it did dilute, you DO have 3 days worth of man juice in you?

Gah! So much to think about and consider!

I think as long as you don't have any known issues with sperm count/quality you can BD every day! have fun
