Positive OPK, high hard cervix.

My OPK went from very negative at 5pm yesterday to a blazing positive by 12am. We BD'd Friday night, Saturday morning, last night and will again today and tomorrow. But I just checked my cervix and it's very high, open, but quite hard. Does that mean I haven't O'd quite yet? Or does it not always get soft when ovulation is around the corner? Any ideas?

CP is considered secondary sign because it is so different for each woman. My position changes multiple times a day and I can never really tell when it is soft or hard. Definitely BD b/c the OPK was positive. Are you temping? If not, think about starting next cycle to confirm O.
