Positive ovulation test 12DPO?!

I accidentally opened an ovulation test instead of a pregnancy test and after noticing I was even more shocked to see that it was positive. What does this mean? Anyone ever had this happen before? I attached a photo of my original positive ovulation test from April 21st and the one above is from today May 3rd. I also took a pregnancy test which is negative. I'm so confused. Also my cycles change each month between 30 - 35.

When I was ttc my first I had one month where I guess my body geared up to ovulate then didn't - I was waiting for AF but had no sign and a negative hpt, so I did another opk and it was very positive. AF arrived as usual after another 2ww 😣
