Positive Ovulation test? Just want another opinion :)

Last month I had a chemical so I haven't posted much lately but I wanted to see if anyone else thinks this is a positive ovulation test.

I am just a bit confused by the "must be same colour or darker" rule about ovulation tests so I wanted some other opinions on this. My test said do not use FMU, so this was about 9pm tonight after holding it for 3+ hours.

Its definitely dark, but its still a little thin. I don't know, I would say that maybe its positive, or at least its really close. In any case, its a good time for !

I would consider that a positive but test again today too just to see if it is darker.
