Positive two test kits

Hey,

I used tesco test kit, Used it this morning and I had a positive, wasn't convinced so used the second sick that was positive too. Went out bought another one and a clear blue digital, one stick from tesco was positive and the clear blue one said pregnant. I have read and read and read and places say it is possible to give false positives but on 4 tests I think the likely hood that I am pregnant is very likely don't you?

Thank you. I read about chemical pregnancies which is bothering me, not too sure what they are, very new to looking all this up! I am around 7 days late for my period, how do I know about this chemical pregnancy? (Is a bit scared tbh)
