Possible chances of getting BFP at 10 weeks pregnant or more??

Can some women get there first bfp at 10 weeks pregnant or more??
I am asking this because i am now on CD68 with no AF!! and i am going to see my doctor soon but for now i am in LIMBO! xxoo
