Possible Decidual Bleeding

Hello-
I am currently going through a lot with my fourth pregnancy. I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2008 and I'm not sure if I have fully recovered mentally from it. I am hear today because I am now pregnant and I'm not sure if my January and February periods were actual periods. I had an ultrasound on April 15,2013 and I was told that I was 3-5 weeks. I have had three children and never has there been a two week guess from a professional and this is worrying me very badly. As much as I try not to it just gets worse. Today is May 13 and I am now 10 weeks as of yesterday. I am really confused can anyone help me please? I can provide any information that you may need. Thank you in advance.

when is your next ultrasound? sounds like it was very early when you had that one. they should be able to give you a better date now.

The next one is May 30, the last one on May 2, said 8w3d. Still confusing and this pregnancy is very painful as if its further along than it says. But I don't know?
