Ok I'm probably just being paranoid but I have been having bad lower back pain and some pain in my lower stomach for the past two days and frequent urination. I thought maybe it was a UTI so I went to the doctor today and it wasn't one. I didn't tell him until after the urine results that we were TTC and he said I could just take a HPT but I am not due for AF until the 26th. Any ideas on if this could be early early signs that I may be preggo? Probably just wishful thinking.
Possible early pregnancy sign?

it's possible, I personally didn't have these symptoms but i've heard a few girls that had lower back pain as a symptom. i think frequent urination comes a bit further along though, around 6-8 weeks along...at least in my experience!! (not that i have much, first pregnancy) but, are you sure you're not ovulating late? lower back pain i think can be associated with ovulation. either way, good luck!

Not sure hun but it may be worth taking an EPT in a few days time, some let you test from up to 4 days early

those are signs of both pregnancy and pms. depending on how early you get symptoms for pms id say wait another 6 days and test. then test again if you miss AF

For me, early pregnancy symptoms were exactly the same as PMS. I always test the day after AF is due and now that I've had a m/c... I'm not testing until a couple weeks after AF is due. It's awful knowing you're pregnant super early... it's such an unstable time and such a high percentage of pregnancies result in chemical pregnancies that I'd just rather be ignorant! But that's just me.
