Possible ectopic??

I may be having a ectopic, a was in ER Sunday. Doctor was unsure what to do.

My betas
8/21: 22
8/23: 26
8/24: 35
8/25: 48

I have been having a dull ache and sometimes sharp pain in my left side. But sometimes I also get strong menstrual like cramps. I had no bleeding or spotting until this morning. It's very light pinkish red only when I wipe.

I have had a ectopic in 2009, but my betas reached 30,000 when it ruptured and I lost my right tube.

The ER dr at first wanted to give me The shot and the pills but decided to wait. I had a ultrasound in the er and they saw nothing in uterus or tubes but saw something on my left ovary which may be a cyst.

I have a dr appt tomorrow...but very stressed and confused as what will happen next.

I've also had an ectopic that I managed to get removed before it ruptured. Hope this isn't the case for you again. How far along are you?
