possible hernia 6 weeks after section?

I have a dime size knot about 2 inches above my incision. It's sore when pressure is put on it and I'm worried it might be a hernia. I started working out some at 5 weeks pp so I'm worried that is the cause. Anyone else had this?

sounds more like scar tissue to me...but i certainly wouldnt be working out at 5 weeks PP....it may feel ok, but you have had major abdominal surgery and the last thing you want is scar tissue and adhesions.

i think you are working out too early, i was told to wait three months
