Possible period with no symptoms?

Hi there,

It was 4 weeks on Friday since I had a d&c- I had a small amount of bleeding pretty much everyday the first 3 weeks. That weekend of week 3 I stopped bleeding for about 4 days & then it started up again. I usually will have migraines, cramping, extreme moodyness & sore boobs when I have my period. I did have a couple migraines & tender boobs (migraines aren't really a good indicator because I can get them at any time) when this 2nd round started, but it's not 'acting' like a normal period for me- which is normally only 4 days, heavy for a day or 2 & then super light. Whatever I'm having now has stayed pretty consistent for 5 days now & I'm going on day 6.

Do you think this could be my period even though its totally abnormal for me? Did anyone else have unusual periods afterwards? Or do you think it's just still d&c bleeding?
I'm so frustrated by this!

First off I am so sorry for your loss. I bled for three weeks after my MMC this June. Then 10 days after that had a period. I don't have typical symptoms during my periods but my first one was way heavier.
Is you doc checking for hcg? That's the best way to tell what kind of bleeding it is. If you don't have the hcg in your system then I think it's most likely a period. If your doc won't test you can do cheap pregnancy tests to check.

I know it seems like it takes forever and that your body will never go back to normal I thought the same thing too. I bled a total of 5 weeks (2 weeks until "actual" miscarriage and then 3 weeks after). It's really hard but there are people here who will help and support you if you need it.

I did have an HCG 2 weeks after. I suppose I should get another one.
