So, I have been cramping quite a bit for the past 4 days or so. I am supposed to start my period this week. According to my chart I am supposed to start on the 16th however I have been starting on the 12th or 13th For the past couple of months. Anyway, the cramps are on the sides and have moved to the lower part of my stomach plus they are making my upper thighs and lower back hurt. Idk if this will just be a period from hell or if I should test. We are not trying and we did have sex (we use the withdrawal method) at the end of my ovulation time. Any experiences related to mine? I have an appt with my ob on Monday because I am worried thay since my periods have gotten worse over the past 6 months something might be wrong.
