That's brilliant Kota!
Looks yummy! When can they start eating spaghetti/meatballs etc? do you use tinned tomato's for the sauce? I know when we used to have spag bol we used the dolmio jars but i think they have a lot of salt, not too sure! xx

I have a great spaghetti bolognese recipe from my BLW book if you want me to post it? It has no added salt but its sooo tasty!

Okay I'll type out the exact ingredients:
1 rasher of streaky bacon, finely chopped
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
Oil for frying
200g lean minced beef
1 garlic clove, finely chopped or crushed
1 medium carrot, finely chopped
1 celery stick, strings removed and finely chopped
50g mushrooms, sliced (I didnt use this because mushrooms ARE THE DEVIL)
400 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 bay leaf
small bunch of fresh basil, torn
freshly ground pepper, to taste
approx 40g parmesan cheese, to serve
I assume you know what to do with the ingredients but I'll do a quick summary: Bacon and onion fried first, then beef until browned, then garlic, then all the rest, bring to boil, simmer for 20-30 minutes and voila! Sometimes I take Ivy's batch out then add some red wine to the rest and simmer for another 15 minutes. The Co-op have pasta shapes that are perfect for BLW, giant shells that are really easy to pick up. Enjoy
