Awww which festival did you go to? We went to Shambala and I think she had the best weekend of her life, especially the dining alfresco part! Well, dining being balanced on my knee while trying to escape and rub pizza into the muddy grass
Festival called Greenbelt but quite fancy Shambala had few fb friends go and heard it mentioned on here trying to find info on it thinking might try that one next year - very secretive isn't it!
It is AMAZING. You have to go next year - we are definitely going back! Absolutely magical, so kid friendly too. And all the people who didn't have children seemed to appreciate being around children too! Never seen Ivy get so much attention in her little life, she was in her element
we introduced plain yogurt a couple of days back. just 2-3 spoons. we wanted to check if she will like it or no, so gave it to her when she was sitting on the floor. she seemed to like it and was all smiles after that.
Dreading in a way all the mess. Not so much on LO it's the furniture haha . I can see OH being freaked out with the mess when it comes to the weaning stage !
We started BLW in the last week and taking a slow approach to it until he officially hits 6mths next Monday.
He's doing soooo well and knows exactly what to do with the food. I was surprised the first time we gave him some to 'play' with he picked it up, put it in his mouth and chewed then swallowed.
As you can see from the bib she did have an orange face but I didn't get a chance to photograph her before she had her yogurt. On this day she'd been eating a homemade vegetarian spag bol or shepherd's pie (can't remember which!) which she LOVED
