Posting a short DVD clip?

Had a gender scan yesterday which was recorded onto DVD - any chance I can post it???? I probably wont be technologically savvy enough anyway so though I would check if it was even possible!!

You would have to upload it to Photobucket or youtube then you can post the clip from either one of those sites
