Posting for a friend - Can't Log In?

A friend who has been AWOL from the site for a month or two messaged me on FB. She came on and tried to log in, but it said she was a new user and would first need to register. I just looked her up (mummytofour) and her account seems to not only still be active, but the site seems to think she's currently online. Any ideas what might be going on? Or, who should she contact about it?

that's odd. I'm going to send her an email for a password reminder to her on the off chance that that could be it? (just sent it so she should check her email/junk folders in case it gets filtered)

Thank you! She ended up emailing me back and saying that she could log on through her phone but not on the PC... which is very strange. Hoping that helps her!
