Potty shot at 15+3.... Any guesses?

Us tech wanted to look so bad but I told her not to say anything unless she was sure. She said she would just be guessing at this point as it's too early, I thought I saw the 3 lines for a girl but I'm not sure if it's in the right spot as she's got the cursor pointing more forward.
