I want this as part of my new siggy but everytime I put it on it is HUGE

See....I have resized it so much I cant even see it in photo bucket. I am getting really frusterated....HELP please. I want it to go under my Bee And 2WW. I made is special for Wobbles.

Weird thing...I had to put it back to normal size. Then it was Huge again. Resized it 50% (wich is what we see now) Still huge. Hit the f5 and nothing. So I renamed my file...Reuploaded it to Photobucket and now it is working. Thanks again.
