Pre-conception advice?

Just wondered if anyone has seen a consultant regarding pre-conception advice before trying for their next baby?

I have been refered, at my request, to see the consultant. Got an app on the 29th.

I just want to know how well my next pregnancy will be monitored, if my meds are interfering with things, and if i need the larger dose of folic acid.
Can you think of anythink else i could ask?

I think it's definitely a good idea to meet with an OB prior to TTC. I didn't meet with one until after my first m/c. It helped a lot.

I'm seeing a Fetal/Maternal medicine specialist on Monday, at the request of my OBGYN. I'm wondering the same things you are. Someone told me to write the questions down, but I am having a hard time thinking of any, besides this one I have. I know when I get out of the appointment, I'll have tons of questions I WISHED I had asked.

Im the same. I come across as rude (to my docs etc) cos i have that many questions i end up interupting them so i dont forget!!
