I posted last week about my amnitotic fluid being low. But now it also looks like some things are pointing towards preeclampsia. For the last two weeks my bp have been borderline hypertension (130s/80s). Yesterday at my check up my bp was 146/93 with "trace amounts" of protein. I've had headaches for a couple weeks now, seeing shadow/black spots moving in my peripheral vision, nausea, very minor swelling in my hands and feet, burning sensation on the upper part of my belly. I have a bp cuff at home and have been checking myself. About 3 or more times my diastolic (bottom) number has been over 90, but my upper number goes up to maybe 138.
Does this sound like it could be going in the direction of preeclampsia? I have another appointment at my docs office on Thursday (I go twice a week now since discovering my oligrohydramnios/low AFI). I'm going to ask the nurse to test my urine again Thursday. Thursday is just a scan and stress test, my doc will be out of the office a his other location. I'm nervous that this will lead to something more than just pregnancy induced hypertension. It's my third pregnancy and I've never issues like this before
