pre labour signs...

just wondering for those whos had bubs or babies before... how did you feel before labour... now i dont mean the obvious symptoms like water breaking and pooping all time and pains and what nots... i mean how did you feel physicaly in yourself...

... Just ive started to feel icky and with 10 days to go i wonderd if this could be why... i cant really explain it but i kinda feel that weird feeling like when you no periods about to come... as if summit is changing with my body or its doing summit... its a very achy type feeling but i feel rather ugh in myself

its really strange anyone get what im on about?

Hey hun with my first I woke up feeling like shit to put it straight to the point. Felt like I was coming down with flu or something. Achey,sick, felt heavy like lead etc. Contractions started about 1.30 hours later. With youngest me and hubby had sex and I had to stop cos my contractions started half way through lol. She was premature though so I dont no whether thats why it was different x

see thats funny you say that because i was gonna put it feels like flu but not... like im tired i feel run down sick and my bump feels incredibly heavy and if i lean forward its just so damn uncomfy he was wriggling like hell last night and then i started with these awful BHs or contraction literally ALL night and now hes quietend down a bit so fingers crossed summits happnin

I don't know as I was induced with Sofia, I've been having "signs" but just don't really feel like I'll be having a baby any time soon... that might be my denial though!

I felt exactly how ur describing hun and I just had such a strong feeling that was it. I fell back asleep for an hour because of the tired feeling then 30mins later they kicked in. It was strange for me cos I went into slow labour 9 weeks early at first but she held on till I went into labour when she was only 4 days early so I panicked at every twinge. The day I went into labour I just knew that was it. Fingers crossed hun x Need any advice if I can help ask away x

Oooohhh what an interesting, hope giving thread!! I've started feeling a bit weird the last 24-36 hours. Can't put my finger in it. Bubs has been extra wiggly and heavy! Knowing my luck I'm coming down with actual flu!!

Hey ladies - on the night before i went into labour with my DD i was restless - achey and just couldnt sleep - no pain but just feeling heavy - i had a bath and was uncomfy - stood was uncomfy - sat was uncomfy - u get the picture.... I got up and cleaned my entire house top to bottom just to take my mind off things, managed to finally sleep at around 4am, and the contractions started 5 mins after my husband went to work and 7.55am
i was 5 days over due....

thats what im like i just cant get comfy and im getting grouchy just sat here because i feel so bloomin heavy and uncomfortable i feel sick achy restless not fun lol

I was just saying to my hubby earlier that I feel like shit today, heavy and achey, and that I hoped I wasn't coming down with a cold or anything! I did have a shockingly bad nights sleep as our 2 year old has a back tooth coming in and kept crying in her sleep so we ended up taking her in to bed with us at 1.30am this morning so I didn't really sleep very well. I am also getting more and more back pain and just generally feel pants!

Im deffinatly not trying to jump on your band wagon but im exactly the same, In fact if you saw my facebook from yesterday you wouldnt doubt it

I feel crappy like im due my period, the odd dull pain and I even had a cry yesterday, iv not felt like that for weeks, I have head ache and im even a bit constipated but thats not really unusal for me!

im the same...i feel like total SH*T!!!.....feel like im coming down with the flu... past two days havent been able to walk from the couch to the bedroom without feeling like my whole bodys sooo heavy and tired...! im that tired i feel like having a cry! but i keep having more BH down below now and i feel more heavier like the babys pushin right now... plus i know what ur sayin about feeling like ur period is going to start.. the dull ache in my lower tummy and back is horrible.. i went to my antenatal class yesterday and the midwife was amazing and has got me feeling really excited now so the way im feeling im just trying to get as much rest as possible as i dont think itll be that long away and al need all my energy for labour haha xxx

Ooh I am trying not to get my hopes up but I feel really hot and tired today and last nite had the worst pains I have had yet..loads of tightenings all evening and afternoon yesterday and then got into bed and starting having really sharp period pains but felt like I had a knife poking up my lady bits and very tight bump...this morning I was shaking and hot...still feel really hot and bothered keep flushing in my face....hope labour starts soon...its my due date tomorrow after all....

i was just moaning to my sister in the car about how pants im feeling right now, like im gonna have the monster of periods cos its just how i usually feel when im about to come on but much worse
headachey, tummy ache, back ache, desperately fighting the urge to burst into tears right now and feel like i just need to go sleep for a week or so!

isnt this pregnancy game fun ..not!

Huh, im confused...
I've been feeling pants for the past week, really heavy bump, no energy, constant bh, really bad back ache.

I wish i could say i hope my labour starts soon cos im fed up of being pregnant now, but bubs has to stay put for alittle longer.

you could just be dilating a little...with my labor I felt contractions but not like what I thought labor contractions were going to be, I was expecting full on my vagina is going to fall out painful contractions and it was like braxton hicks with a period type cramp...not at all what I thought it would be.
